General terms and conditions
1. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions govern all our moving services. Any order implies their acceptance.
2. Quote
Le devis est établi selon les informations fournies par le client. Toute modification (volume, accès, objets lourds, etc.) peut entraîner un ajustement du prix.
3. Price
Prices are valid for a limited time. The final price may vary if additional services are requested or if actual conditions differ.
4. Access
The client guarantees compliant access (parking, elevator, permits). Any difficult or unmarked access may generate additional charges.
5. Fragile items
The customer must declare any fragile or valuable items. Without prior notification, we cannot be held responsible.
6. Responsibility
We handle goods with care. In the event of damage caused by our team, compensation is subject to the limits set by our insurance policy. Items packed by the customer are not covered.
7. Disassembly / Reassembly
Performed only upon request. We do not guarantee the condition of already damaged furniture.
8. Cancellation
Any cancellation or change of date must be announced at least 48 hours in advance. Fees may apply for late cancellations.
9. Payment
A deposit is required to reserve the date. The balance must be paid no later than 3 days before the move. Without payment, the reservation may be cancelled.
10. Disputes
In case of disagreement, an amicable solution is preferred. Failing that, Swiss law applies and the legal jurisdiction is located in the canton of Fribourg.
